Subscribers who participate in our modem rental program may swap a defective broadband modem for a replacement at no charge.

If you have chosen to purchase your own modem, either from Full Channel or a local retailer, you will be responsible for any repairs or replacement of the device. Contact your modem's manufacturer for warranty support.
