Important Changes to Fullchannel.net Email Addresses

As of June 1st, 2024, we will be discontinuing support of fullchannel.net email services. To keep any email messages and/or email contacts, action will need to be taken to migrate from fullchannel.net to a different email provider. There are instructions listed below to assist with migrating email services to one of four different well-known email providers.  On June 1st, 2024, all accounts will be deleted, and any data that has not been moved will not be recoverable. Listed below is further information to help you navigate through this change and answer FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).

How do I create a new email address

After selecting the provider that you want to use, they will walk you through all the steps to create the email address and begin using it. Additionally, we have attached helpful documents in the following FAQ to assist you in the migration process.

How do I move my current data from one account to another?

Why is my fullchannel.net email address going away?

As we continue to grow and provide customers with outstanding internet service, we no longer have the capacity to support and maintain these email addresses.

Will this affect any of my other services through i3 Broadband?

No, this will not affect any other services you have with i3 Broadband. You’ll continue to receive the same great service as you have previously.

Will there be a charge to create a new email address?

There are many options to create a new email address. Below are a few options, but many other options can be found by doing an online search.

Can I pay to keep my current email address?

No, we no longer have the capacity to support and maintain these email addresses.

What happens if I am using this email address for banking or for autopay?

You will need to update your email address and notify your financial institution before the cutoff date. Note that this should be done as soon as possible, as banks may require additional time to process changes.
