Commercial Installation & Support Technicians focus primarily on new installations of our cable television and broadband services. Technicians represent i3 every day to our customers at their place of business, performing a variety of duties including installation, changes of service, additional outlet installation, disconnection of service, payment collection, and any special requests customers may have regarding the installation or use of services.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary, however any demonstrated interest or aptitude for hands-on work, physical work, or working with cable or electrical components is preferred.
- Prior telephone, cable, or electrical experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work outdoors, and in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to work with connectors, fasteners, wire and hand tools.
- Visual acuity, especially when working with small components at a close visual range.
- Ability and comfort to works within limited confines, such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to climb ladders or work from high spaces with or without the assistance of a bucket truck, while adhering to safety rules/regulations and with proper rigging/climbing equipment.
- Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be computer proficient and have a basic understanding of consumer electronics.
- Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality results.
- Must be available to work occasional overtime and some nights (as needed).
