Video Split Billing Frequently Asked Questions

This frequently asked questions page explains billing changes to customers who have video services with i3 Broadband.

Why am I receiving two bills?

Beginning September 1, 2026, customers with Video service will receive two separate bills from i3 Broadband—one for Internet and Voice services (if applicable) and one for Video service. This billing change supports updates to our billing platform while allowing you to continue enjoying your current Video service.

Who will send my bills?

Both bills will continue to be issued by i3 Broadband. We'll notify you well in advance before any future billing changes take place.

Is my service changing?

No. This is a billing change only. Your Internet, Voice, and Video services will continue to work just as they do today.

Do I need to do anything?

Yes. To manage your separate Video bill, you'll need to create a new i3 Broadband Online Account using the instructions included with your notification.

Do I need a new account for Internet and Voice services?

No. Continue using your current online account, login credentials, AutoPay, and payment preferences for your Internet and Voice services.

Why do I need a new Video account?

Your new Video account allows you to securely manage your separate Video bill, including viewing statements, making payments, updating billing information, and enrolling in AutoPay and Paperless Billing.

Will my preferred methods of payment change?

No, your current method of payment will remain the same. If you’re not currently enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless Billing, we recommend you set it up on both accounts to make sure your payment reaches your account every month.

How do I pay my bill?

We offer several ways to make bill-paying simple:  Automatic payments are the safest option to ensure your payment reaches your account every month.  By enrolling in AutoPay with your checking account (also known as ACH) or debit card, you'll save up to $7.50 in monthly processing fees while enjoying a secure, hassle-free payment experience.

If you prefer to make payments manually, you can mail a personal check or use your bank’s online bill pay services.  Manual payments are also acceptable; however, they include a $5.00 manual payment processing fee. You may also make a payment by calling our Customer Care team or by visiting one of our retail locations during business hours.

Note: Payments made by credit card are subject to an additional $2.50 credit card transaction fee.

Will my Video service or programming change?

No. Your Video service, equipment, and channel lineup will remain the same. This billing change does not affect your Video service.

Who do I contact if I have questions?

The i3 Broadband team will continue to provide billing support, technical assistance, and customer service. If you have questions, we're here to help.
